For your convenience, we are offering telehealth services for primary and urgent care to help you get the immediate and convenient medical assistance you need.
All our primary and urgent care centers in Irvine, Fountain Valley, and Costa Mesa are open for in-person and telehealth visits. You can also call us to discuss whether you need an in-person visit or can use the telehealth option.
Note that testing for possible COVID-19 symptoms needs
a video visit.

Telehealth services allow you to get connected with your healthcare provider through video visits. These services will help you receive immediate healthcare assistance from our healthcare providers without scheduling an in-person visit.
Telehealth services make it easier for you to receive follow-up care and make sure everything is going well with your health. To access our telehealth services, you just need to have a computer, mobile, or tablet with a camera and internet connection.

Primary care patients are requested to call the office or contact us via the secure patient portal to discuss what type of visit you may require—in-person or telehealth video visit. For video visits, we will send you a link by text to connect to the video visit around 15-30 minutes prior to your scheduled time. Also, if your condition requires an in-person visit, we will provide the instructions for your in-office visit.
