Our urgent care clinic is fully-equipped to handle conditions that do not appear to be life-threatening, but require immediate medical attention. From minor injuries such as sprains, strains, cuts, and abrasions to medical conditions, like cough, cold, fever, flu, sore throat, bronchitis, and UTIs. We can quickly see you and provide all the necessary treatment, while saving you time and money from visiting a hospital emergency room.
We accept walk-ins & appointments for many other services, such as occupational medicine (work injury & workers’ compensation), pre-employment physicals, immunizations, annual wellness check-ups, and more. Virtual urgent care visits are also available!

Skip the Wait – Reserve Your SpotAt Costa Mesa Urgent Care, we conduct the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) exams for the Department of Transportation (DOT) to assist you in obtaining a CDL medical certification. We have a provider that is well-trained, certified, and licensed to perform DOT physical exams. With our extensive knowledge of the exam requirements, we will guide you through to help you obtain the clearance you need.

No appointment is necessary! You can walk in anytime during our operating hours—Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and on weekends and holidays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. To save time, you can also reserve your spot online and select a time that works best for you.

Costa Mesa Urgent Care Center is located in building A at 660 Baker Street, east to the Bristol and Baker Street intersection. Our building is located next to the Mitsuwa Marketplace – Costa Mesa, and we are 0.5 miles to the south of Hilton Orange County/Costa Mesa hotel, 0.1 miles to the north of Del Taco at Bristol St., and 1 mile to the east of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church. The 405 Freeway is also just minutes away from our facility.
From the 405 Freeway, take the Bristol Street exit, and head south on Bristol Street, towards Costa Mesa. In about 1 mile, turn left at the Baker Street intersection and you will find Costa Mesa Urgent Care on your left.
