Dr. Lincoln Tom, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician with over 35 years of experience providing comprehensive and compassionate care for patients of all ages. A native Californian, Dr. Tom is dedicated to delivering personalized primary care, preventive health services, and chronic disease management to families in Fountain Valley, CA, and surrounding areas.
He earned his Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry with great distinction and Honors in Chemistry before receiving a Regents Scholarship to attend medical school at UC Irvine. He then completed his internship and residency in Family Medicine at UCLA, where he was honored with the Resident Teacher Award from the Society of Teachers of Family Medicine.
